3.1 Registration Process

Each user may open only one account. Attempting to open multiple accounts is considered a violation of the terms and all accounts may be closed. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and truthful.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify the 33bmv support team immediately. The user will be solely responsible for any loss resulting from account management by a third party.

3.3 Information Updates

If any personal information changes, please update your account details or contact the support team. 33bmv will not be responsible for payment delays or account issues caused by outdated or incorrect information.

33bmv supports Bangladesh's popular payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other listed banks).

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (applicable for each method).
• The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
• Deposits from accounts registered in a third party's name are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. The first deposit must be a minimum of ৳100 to be eligible for the bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount must be met. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.

5.3 Other Promotional Offers

From time to time, 33bmv may provide various promotional offers. Each offer will have its own terms, which will be stated alongside the offer. 33bmv reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer.

• Using bonus offers in a fraudulent manner will be considered a violation of the terms.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus will be forfeited and the account may be closed.

• Game outcomes are determined by a fair random number generator (RNG).

Users may also request closure of their own account at any time. In such cases, any remaining valid balance will be returned subject to the applicable terms being met.
